We shot Krista and Scott's wedding this past June and had a blast spending the day with them. They put so much work into the little details and it really showed through as the day unfolded. As her dad I am completely bias, but seriously Evelyn is the cutest flower girl EVER! It was so cool watching her walk down the aisle at Annamarie and Mario's wedding this past September, and I remember thinking, it won't be long until I am giving her away at her wedding.
Melissa and Jeff were married this past October in Romeo, MI with their reception at the beautiful Cherry Creek Golf Club. A funny highlight of the reception was the surprise pizza delivery of the groom's cake. A cake decorated as a pizza pie - that was a first for me. We worked with the photographers from Studio 41 and JD Entertainment kept the dance floor hoppin. Here is their wedding film trailer, enjoy!
Shannon and Matt tied the knot this past June at The Academy of the Sacred Heart. It was a beautiful day and we had a fantastic outdoor photo session with Arising Images in Downtown Birmingham. We then headed north to Downtown Rochester for the reception at the elegant Royal Park Hotel. Here is Shannon and Matt's highlights, enjoy!
A highlight of this season was shooting the wedding of my very good friends Annamarie and Mario. I have known both of them since college and I couldn't have been more excited when they got engaged. First, they asked if our daughter Evelyn would be the flower girl and next, I told them I wanted to shoot the event. It was a complete blast - sometimes I don't know how I call this work. Shooting video, hanging with great people on one of the most amazing days of their lives - I love my job.
... and really officer, we have no clue how the graffiti appeared outside the Oakland Center spray painted with our Greek letters.
