Jennifer and Todd were married this past October at Blessed Sacrament Cathedral in Detroit and their reception was at one of my favorite venues - Lovett Hall at The Henry Ford. Their event was really memorable for a few reasons: 1) Jen and Todd are an awesome couple, 2) the band at the reception - the Killer Flamingos - were beyond cool, and 3) A bunch of grown men dancing in their boxer shorts around the bride and groom singing Billy Joel - truly priceless!
Rosemary and Jeff were married this past October at Sweetest Heart of Mary in Detroit with the reception at The Dearborn Inn. It is always a treat to film in one of Detroit's historic churches with the richness of tradition and beautiful architecture. The photographers for the day were Samantha and Brian from A Thousand Words Photography who did an amazing job. It was a little windy (ok, a lot windy) during the photo shoot, but we had a great time in Detroit's back alleys and waterfront capturing some great urban images.
We shot Krista and Scott's wedding this past June and had a blast spending the day with them. They put so much work into the little details and it really showed through as the day unfolded. We had the chance to work with Kristen and Jamie from K. Holly Photography for the first time and it was a great experience. You can check out the photos here.

As her dad I am completely bias, but seriously Evelyn is the cutest flower girl EVER! It was so cool watching her walk down the aisle at Annamarie and Mario's wedding this past September, and I remember thinking, it won't be long until I am giving her away at her wedding.
Melissa and Jeff were married this past October in Romeo, MI with their reception at the beautiful Cherry Creek Golf Club. A funny highlight of the reception was the surprise pizza delivery of the groom's cake. A cake decorated as a pizza pie - that was a first for me. We worked with the photographers from Studio 41 and JD Entertainment kept the dance floor hoppin. Here is their wedding film trailer, enjoy!
